Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced financial services professional who enjoys solving problems, creating efficiencies, supporting investment operations, and delivering an exceptional client experience. As a Senior Operations Associate, you will serve as a key contributor to the operational success of the practice, ensuring client service, account administration, trading support, and business processes are executed accurately and efficiently.

Core Duties and Impact:
  • Serve as an operational resource for advisors and team members, ensuring the accurate and efficient execution of business processes.
  • Execute and maintain trading activity as directed by advisors, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to firm policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage complex account servicing needs and oversee the processing of account maintenance requests, transfers, distributions, beneficiary updates, and other transactional activity.
  • Coordinate with custodians, broker-dealers, and strategic partners to resolve operational issues and facilitate timely account processing.
  • Support advisors with operational aspects of investment, insurance, annuity, and retirement plan business.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for operational procedures, account servicing workflows, and trading-related processes.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related operations-focused role.
  • Active Series 7 and Series 63/65 or 66 licenses required
  • Strong understanding of investment account servicing, operations, and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and leverage new technology platforms.
  • Experience working within CRM systems and financial industry platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive client information.
