We are seeking a Senior Client Services Representative to support advisors and clients through account servicing, operational support, and relationship management activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is an in-office position where team collaboration and client support are conducted primarily on-site.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service inquiries and requests.
- Support the opening, maintenance, and servicing of investment, insurance, annuity, and retirement plan accounts.
- Process trades and other transactions, when appropriately licensed and authorized, as directed by Financial Advisors.
- Prepare materials and documentation for client meetings.
- Follow up on meeting action items and service requests.
- Maintain accurate client information and activity records within Redtail CRM and other applicable systems.
- Coordinate with broker/dealers, custodians, insurance carriers, and other service providers regarding account servicing and operational matters.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows.
- Maintain records in accordance with applicable regulatory, compliance, and record-retention requirements.
- Utilize firm-approved technology platforms to support account management and client service functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Client Services.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active Series 7 license.
- Active Series 66 license, or Series 63/65
- Previous experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing business needs.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Financial Advisors in a wealth management or financial planning environment.
- Experience working with client relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Familiarity with investment, retirement, insurance, and annuity products.
