Client Experience Associate
We are seeking a highly organized, detail driven Client Experience Associate to join our growing team. This dynamic role is ideal for an individual who enjoys helping others, takes pride in producing accurate work, and thrives in a collaborative, professional environment.
As a Client Experience Associate, you will serve as a trusted pilar in delivering an exceptional client experience, delivering high-touch support in daily operations, coordinating client interactions, and ensuring administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with team members to support client relationships, maintain operational excellence, and contribute to the overall success of the practice.
Core Duties and Impact:
- Act as first point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and account servicing needs. Build and maintain strong-client relationships through consistent, high-quality service.
- Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation and preparing executive summaries.
- Maintain accurate client records within the firm's CRM system, including all communications, and touchpoints.
- Monitor client requests and operational workflows to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Assist with client communications, events, and other initiatives designed to enhance the overall client experience.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, service-oriented team culture.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in financial services, or professional administrative role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technology platforms quickly.
